New app aims to ease stress for rural Alzheimer's caregivers

Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app called Brain CareNotes can reduce stress and burden for people caring for a loved one with dementia in rural areas. About 60 unpaid caregivers will use the app or a basic education app for six months. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for managing challenging behaviors.
