This study looks at whether a thin camera inserted into the uterus (hysteroscopy) can better diagnose pregnancy of unknown location—when an early pregnancy isn't visible on ultrasound—compared to the standard surgical scraping (D&C). Sixty infertility patients with abnormal hormone trends will undergo both procedures, and doctors will compare which method more accurately identifies the pregnancy type. If hysteroscopy works well, it could be done in a clinic, speeding up diagnosis and reducing the need for strong medication.
