Summary

This study looked at 84 women having a diagnostic hysteroscopy to see if spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia leads to less pain and higher satisfaction. Participants were randomly assigned to one of the two methods, and their pain levels and satisfaction were measured after the procedure. The goal is to find the best way to keep patients comfortable during this common gynecological exam.
