First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study watches 60 adults having open pancreatic surgery to see if low blood pressure during the operation is linked to higher lactate levels right after surgery. Lactate is a sign of how well tissues are getting oxygen. The goal is to find patterns that could help doctors manage blood pressure better during surgery and improve recovery.
