Summary
This study tested a new medical device called 'Hypnos-Pro' to see if it could reduce pain and anxiety for men undergoing prostate biopsies. The device is a mask with lights and headphones designed to help patients enter a relaxed, hypnotic state during the procedure. Researchers enrolled 88 participants to compare their pain and anxiety levels when using the mask versus standard care.
