NCT ID NCT06972420
Summary
This study is testing if a special hypnosis session before surgery can help reduce anxiety in children when they receive anesthesia. It involves 60 children aged 5 to 12 who are having planned surgery. Researchers will compare anxiety levels in kids who receive standard care versus those who also get a 30-minute hypnosis visit from a trained nurse before their operation.
