Summary

This study tests whether three hypnosis sessions can help people with persistent breathlessness feel more in control of their breathing. The trial includes 82 adults with advanced cancer, COPD, lung disease, or heart failure who experience severe shortness of breath. Researchers will measure changes using a standard questionnaire, aiming to provide a safe, drug-free option for symptom relief.
