First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a special education program that combines hypnosis techniques with breastfeeding guidance for first-time mothers. The goal is to see if it reduces postpartum anxiety and boosts self-compassion, motivation, and confidence in breastfeeding. 102 mothers will be randomly assigned to either the hypno-breastfeeding program or standard care, and their anxiety and breastfeeding outcomes will be measured.
