Summary
This study compares different strategies to help people with high blood pressure get their numbers under control. Researchers will test patient-focused and clinic-focused approaches using remote monitoring. About 2,500 English- and Spanish-speaking adults with hypertension will take part. The goal is to see which method works best for lowering blood pressure.
