Summary
This study looked at whether keeping blood pressure very well controlled could prevent bone damage (osteonecrosis) in children and young adults being treated for leukemia or lymphoma. 51 participants were randomly assigned to either intensive or standard blood pressure management. The goal was to see if tighter control reduces the risk of serious bone problems caused by cancer treatment.
