Summary
This study is testing a community-based program to help adults in a Vietnamese city better manage their high blood pressure. The program combines digital storytelling, home blood pressure monitoring, and extra support from local health workers. Researchers will compare this approach to basic educational materials to see which is more effective at lowering blood pressure and improving care over 12 months.
