Summary
This study is testing a new program designed to help people in Africa better manage high blood pressure. It will enroll 800 adults with high blood pressure to see if a bundle of support tools for patients, doctors, and clinics can improve blood pressure control. The goal is to create a model that reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke.
