Blood pressure control under scrutiny: does it truly save lives?

Summary
This research review analyzes existing clinical trials to answer a critical question: When people with high blood pressure successfully lower it with medication or other treatments, does it actually reduce their risk of dying? The study will combine data from 100 participants across multiple trials to see if achieving blood pressure targets leads to fewer deaths from any cause or from heart-related problems.
