Summary
This study is observing 403 adults with primary hyperparathyroidism to understand the long-term effects of surgery versus simple monitoring. Researchers will track patients for up to 5 years to see if surgery improves heart, bone, and kidney health, as well as quality of life. The goal is to gather better evidence to help doctors and patients decide when surgery is the best option.
