Researchers probe hidden link between anorexia, bendy joints, and pain

NCT ID NCT07159867

Summary

This study aims to understand if being very flexible (hypermobile) is common in young females with anorexia and if it helps explain why some experience pain. It also looks at whether jaw joint problems make eating more difficult. Researchers will examine 100 participants and ask them about their pain during a single clinic visit.
