Summary

This study tests whether a personalized approach using blood tests and computer programs can help doctors choose the right blood pressure medication for each patient. It involves 400 adults with high blood pressure across four European countries. Participants will use a home blood pressure monitor and app, and their treatment will be guided by either standard care or the new smart approach.
