Can better training help control dangerous potassium in kidney patients?

Summary
This study aims to see if providing doctors and patients with better training and standardized care plans can improve how high potassium levels are managed in people with chronic kidney disease. It will enroll 1,000 adult patients in China who have kidney disease and high potassium. The main goal is to see if this organized approach helps more patients safely use important kidney medications while keeping their potassium levels in a safe range.
