This study tests whether breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) can reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). About 72 adults with PTSD will receive 60 treatments over 12 weeks, and researchers will track their symptoms for up to two years afterward.
