Summary
This study tested whether breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) can help adults with PTSD. Thirty people who had PTSD from combat or terror events and hadn't improved with standard treatments took part. The goal was to see if this therapy could reduce symptoms like nightmares and improve brain function.
