First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving high-pressure oxygen (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) soon after a severe traumatic brain injury can improve recovery. About 200 adults aged 16 to 65 will receive the treatment within hours of injury. The goal is to find the best oxygen dose and schedule to help the brain heal and reduce complications.
