Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs—guadecitabine and pembrolizumab—in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung cancer) that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 60 participants will take part to see if this approach can help control the disease.
