Summary

This study tests whether a 16-week virtual high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can improve physical fitness, thinking skills, and emotional well-being in young adults (ages 18-45) who survived a childhood brain tumor. Participants exercise from home using video guidance. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and beneficial for this group.
