Summary

This study tests a single dose of hydroxynidone, an experimental drug for liver scarring, in 56 adults with mild to severe kidney problems and healthy volunteers. Researchers want to see how the drug moves through the body and if it is safe when kidneys are not working well. The results will help doctors decide the right dose for patients with kidney issues.
