Summary

This study looks at whether adding hydroxychloroquine (a drug used for autoimmune conditions) to standard levothyroxine treatment can increase the chance of a live birth in women who have thyroid antibodies and have had two or more unexplained pregnancy losses. About 796 women aged 20-40 will take either the combination or levothyroxine alone, starting at least 8 weeks before pregnancy and continuing through the end of pregnancy. The main goal is to see if more women in the combination group have a baby born after 28 weeks.
