Summary

This study looked at whether drinking hydrogen-infused water for four weeks helps healthy young athletes run longer, stay better hydrated, and feel healthier overall. Ten collegiate athletes were split into two groups: one drank hydrogen water, the other regular water. The goal was to see if hydrogen water offers any extra benefits for exercise performance and well-being.
