Could your water bottle be the key to better sleep and strength?
NCT ID NCT07084675
Summary
This study aims to understand how mild dehydration and then drinking water again affects the body's inflammation, sleep quality, and muscle strength in healthy adults aged 45-65. Participants will go through cycles of controlled hydration, dehydration, and rehydration over several days while researchers measure blood markers, sleep patterns, and physical performance. The goal is to gather knowledge about how water intake influences health as we age.
