First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests an experimental pill (cadisegliatin) taken alongside insulin in people with type 1 diabetes who already use a hybrid closed-loop insulin pump. The goal is to see if the pill helps keep blood sugar in a healthy range more consistently. About 40 adults will receive both the pill and a placebo at different times to compare results.
