Knee arthritis injection study: hope for pain relief?

Summary
This study tests whether hyaluronic acid injections into the knee can reduce inflammation and pain in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will measure inflammatory markers in blood and joint fluid, and track pain and function over time. 50 adults aged 45-75 with moderate knee arthritis will be randomly assigned to receive the injection or a placebo.
