Summary
This study looked at whether injecting hyaluronic acid (a natural joint lubricant) after knee or shoulder arthroscopy helps people recover faster and with less pain. Nine adults who had joint surgery received the injection and were followed for 24 weeks. The goal was to see if it improved movement and reduced discomfort without causing safety issues.
