Summary
This is the first study in humans to test the safety and how the body processes a new tablet called HW241045. The trial involves 56 healthy volunteers who will receive either the tablet or a placebo. Researchers will monitor for side effects and measure how the drug moves through the body to determine if it's safe for further testing in people with lung disease.
