Summary

This early-stage study is testing a one-time experimental therapy called SPK-10001 for Huntington's disease. Doctors will infuse the therapy directly into specific areas of the brain. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can slow the progression of the disease in 53 participants.
