Breakthrough Huntington's pill aims to slow devastating brain disease

Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral medication called SKY-0515 can slow the progression of Huntington's Disease by reducing harmful proteins in the brain. The trial will involve 400 adults aged 25+ with genetically confirmed Huntington's who are still fairly independent. Participants will receive either the active drug at different doses or a placebo to compare effects on movement, thinking, and daily function over time.
