Summary
This clinical trial is testing whether a new oral medication called SKY-0515 can reduce harmful proteins in the brain and improve symptoms for people with Huntington's Disease. The study will involve 120 adults with genetically confirmed Huntington's who will take either the drug or a placebo for one year. Researchers will measure changes in protein levels, brain volume, and disease symptoms to see if the treatment helps control this progressive neurological condition.
