Summary
This study aimed to see if a special immune-suppressing regimen could prevent the body from making antibodies that block the main treatment for Hunter syndrome. It was designed for boys who had never received the enzyme therapy ELAPRASE. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
