First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether starting with higher humidity (90%) in incubators helps extremely premature babies (under 25 weeks) lose less weight from dehydration compared to lower humidity (70%). About 350 babies will take part. The goal is to find a safer way to support their early growth without increasing health risks.
