Summary

This study tested a new painkiller called HTX-011 in 243 women having breast augmentation surgery. The drug was given as a nerve block before surgery to see if it could reduce pain and the need for opioid painkillers afterward. The main goal was to measure pain levels during activity over the first 24 hours after surgery.
