Summary
This study tests an experimental oral medication called HSK44459 for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 150 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it can reduce skin symptoms by at least 75% after 16 weeks. The goal is to control the disease and improve skin clearance, but ongoing management may still be needed.
