New drug aims to slow kidney damage in IgA nephropathy patients

Summary

This study tests a new tablet called HSK39297 for people with IgA Nephropathy, a kidney disease. The goal is to see if it can lower protein in the urine and help protect kidney function over time. About 370 adults will take either the drug or a placebo for up to 104 weeks to check safety and effectiveness.
