New kidney disease pill enters final testing phase
NCT ID NCT07390123
Summary
This study is testing whether HSK39297 tablets can help control IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease where protein leaks into urine. About 370 adults with confirmed IgA nephropathy will take either the real tablets or placebo pills for up to 2 years. Researchers will measure how well the tablets reduce urine protein and protect kidney function compared to placebo.
