Summary
This study tested a new drug called HSK3486 to see if it works well for putting adults to sleep before planned surgery. About 255 people took part, and the drug was compared to a standard anesthesia drug, propofol. The main goal was to see how many people had a smooth and successful start to anesthesia without needing extra rescue drugs.
