First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called HS-IT101 for people with advanced melanoma that has not responded to standard therapies. It uses a patient's own tumor-fighting immune cells, grown in a lab and given back as a one-time infusion. The study compares this approach to standard chemotherapy in 90 adults aged 18-75. The goal is to see if the cell therapy can better control the disease and improve survival.
