First seen Dec 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study explores whether heart rate measurements can improve a brain stimulation technique called tDCS for people with mild to moderate depression. One hundred adults will use a headset at home for 10 days, receiving either real or sham stimulation. The goal is to find a simple way to tell if the treatment is working, not to cure depression.
