Can hormone therapy rekindle intimacy for women with early menopause?
NCT ID NCT05890417
Summary
This study aims to see if starting hormone replacement therapy (HRT) improves the quality of sexual life for women with premature ovarian failure (early menopause). Researchers will follow 135 women, asking them to complete questionnaires about their sexual function and overall quality of life before starting HRT and again six months later. The goal is to understand if HRT helps with common issues like low desire, vaginal dryness, and pain during sex.
