Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational injection called HRS9531 can help control heart failure symptoms and reduce body weight in adults with obesity. About 200 participants with a specific type of heart failure were randomly assigned to receive either the real injection or a placebo for one year. Researchers are measuring changes in symptoms, quality of life, weight, and heart-related hospital visits to see if the treatment is effective and safe.
