Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called HRS-7450 in 208 adults who have had an acute ischemic stroke (a clot blocking blood flow to the brain). Participants must receive the drug or a placebo within 4.5 to 24 hours of their first symptoms. The main goal is to see if the drug helps people recover with little or no disability 90 days later, compared to placebo. The study also checks how well the drug restores blood flow and reduces brain damage.
