Summary
This study tests a new medicine called HRS-7249 in 200 adults with high triglycerides (a type of blood fat). The goal is to see if it safely lowers fat levels and to find the best dose. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The trial is for people aged 18 to 79 who do not have recent severe health issues like pancreatitis or cancer.
