Summary

This was the first study in people to test a new drug called HRS-7249, which is being developed to treat high cholesterol. It involved 48 healthy volunteers with high triglycerides to check if a single injection was safe and how the body processed it. The main goal was to find a safe dose and see how the drug affects cholesterol levels in the blood.
