Summary
This study tests a new medicine called HRS-1893 in 48 adults with a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is too stiff. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can improve heart function and daily life. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and heart health over time.
