New cholesterol drug enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary
This study is testing a new investigational drug called HRS-1301 to see if it can safely lower high cholesterol levels. It will involve 189 adults with high cholesterol, some of whom have heart disease. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks to compare results.
