Summary
This early-phase study tests an oral drug called HQP1351 in about 100 people with advanced GIST (a type of stomach tumor) or other solid tumors. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also watch for any signs that the drug shrinks tumors. Participants must have tried or not responded to standard treatments like imatinib.
