DNA vaccine takes on HPV head and neck cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of a DNA vaccine (GX-188E), an immune booster (GX-I7), and an immunotherapy drug (nivolumab) in 21 adults with HPV 16- or 18-positive head and neck cancer that has spread or returned after platinum chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and controls the disease. Participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for response and side effects.
